Our range is highly acclaimed by our client due to its unique features like safe, durable, stick resistance, consume less fuel, impact resistance, low maintenance etc. We are led by our mentor Mr. Ashish Kansara, his vast industrial experience has enabled us in establishing a strong presence in the domestic market.
Our workforce is highly talented and work in close coordination to achieve client satisfaction. We have capacious manufacturing unit that enable us to produce range in bulk quantity. Our firm under the name of M/s. Kansara Babubhai Fakirchand was incepted in the year 1960 that was engaged in manufacturing Utensils, Fancy Presentation Boxes in Brass & Copper material, S. S. Dining Trays for Railways and Defense canteens. In 1978, we started our another unit which was involved in manufacturing Crio Containers, Aluminum deep draw components. We are manufacturing Crio Containers for dairy industry & extra deep draw components like Parasute container, Star Container and many other Components for Ordnance Factory (Defense). |

Our ActivitiesWe are well-recognized manufacturer of extensive array of domestic pressure cooker and other cookware products. Our gamut of Deep draw press component is highly acknowledged for its longevity. We are involved in manufacturing a broad range of kitchenware, which is first and foremost choice of many housewives.
At present, we are engaged in following activities:
- We have fabricated an accurate range of long depth Deep draw Press Component.
- S. S. & Aluminum Cooker Bodies along with other cookware & kitchenware are also manufactured and supplied by us.
- We are also engaged in manufacturing and supplying Gas & Electric Storage Guisers copper & S. S. Components ( Body).
- Press Components for Textiles Machinery like Tfo m/c, Crap m/c, Texturising m/c and Swing Thread m/c etc
- Components of Electrical Switch Gears Breakers from EC grade Copper sheets of thickness upto 7mm per ABB
- We have also developed Presentation Articles using sheet metal pressing in S.S. & copper material.

Manufacturing FacilityWe have sophisticated manufacturing units that are situated in Udhna, Industrial Township near Surat (Gujarat) in a sprawling area of 1500 square yards. Our production units are fitted with modern machinery and cutting edged technology that enables us to meet the huge demands of our clients.
With the aid of our well organized Machine Shop, we have been able to produce range effectively. Our precise assortment is developed with the help of following machinery:
- Heavy duty fully automatic Hydraulic Press of 250MT with 1 meter blank size and 12" deep.
- Heavy duty Mechanical Press of 125MT with 24" blank size and 9" deep.
- Heavy and Light Duty Lathe Machines.
- A Power Press of 30MT and 25MT. Heavy and Light duty Spinning Lathes.
- Heavy and Light duty Trimming and Rolling Machines.
- Electric Furnace for Stress Releaving and Annealing of 55KW which can run at 1200 degree of size 48" length x 24" width x24"height
- Fully Automatic Polishing Machines for Inside and Outside Polishing of various components.
- Manual Polishing Machines of 3 H.P
- Automatic Flame Annealing Unit with PLC systems
- Fully automatic Peumatically operated projection welding machine.
